East Expedition Madagascar
EAST MADAGASCAR EXPEDITION
BY LOCALS
We did not design this tour at a desk. It was born on the road, over thousands of kilometers on two wheels, under the sun, the rain, and the red dust of Madagascar. Every climb, every descent, every encounter with a farmer in the rice fields or a child waving from a remote village helped shape the route you will ride.
Madagascar is our home and our passion, and the bicycle is our favorite way to feel its heartbeat. On a bike, you smell the wet earth after the rain, you hear the songs from the villages, you see the smiles and the curious looks that you would miss from a car window. Step by step, we linked our favorite hidden paths, evergreen forests, peacefull pirogue crossing and quiet backroads into one 12-day journey that tells a real story of the island.
As professional tour leaders, our mission is to turn this passion into a safe, well-organized adventure that you can fully enjoy. We know the roads, the conditions, and the daily realities of riding here, because we have ridden them again and again. We plan the stages, choose trusted local partners, and handle logistics, so you can focus on the simple joy of pedaling, discovering, and connecting.
This tour is our way of sharing what we love most: the wild beauty of Madagascar, the freedom of two wheels, and the deep human connections that come from traveling slowly on two wheels.
